Our goal is to help owners learn to communicate with their dogs in a way that strengthens their bond and furthers their relationship. We recognize that each dog is an individual and that our training style should be tailored to fit the dog in front of us. Whether you’re looking for a starting point for a new puppy, you want to establish some basic obedience with your pet, or you’re interested in exploring the world of dog sports, you’re in the right place!

Board and Trains are perfect for both behavior modification and obedience training, and they come with the flexibility to focus on the issues that are most important to you and your household.
We offer 2, 3, and 4 week Board and Train programs depending on what your goals look like for your dog. During their training, your dog will stay with us so that we can provide the structure, consistency and attention they need to be successful.
Your dog will learn tons of new things during their stay with us that will make living with them at home so much more enjoyable, and we want to do everything in our power to ensure that those new life skills of theirs transition seamlessly back to your household! After your Board and Train is completed, you’ll spend time working one on one with your trainer as you learn the ins and outs of their new skills, as well as how to maintain their training back at home. Every owner will be provided with plenty of resources and material to take home with them at pick up, and each board and train comes with lifetime follow up lessons to ensure that the behaviors we worked so hard to solidify remain consistent.

Our Puppy 101 program is designed to give you all the skills and resources you need to start your puppy off on the right foot!
Our Puppy 101 program is designed to give you all the skills and resources you need to start your puppy off on the right foot!
For puppies just starting off, our priority is to lay the foundation necessary to help them grow into confident, balanced, well-behaved adults. Since puppies are so impressionable early on, 10-18 weeks is the perfect time frame for this type of training.
Throughout our Puppy 101 program, we’ll work on:

These lessons are beneficial for your puppy, but it’s just as important for us to make sure that you, the owner, have the resources you need to raise your new puppy successfully. We’ll spend time talking about potty training, nipping, chewing, jumping and other puppy basics. We want to make sure that we equip our puppies and owners with all the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to be successful in the future!
Puppy 101 can be taken group classes or private lessons.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Our Basic Obedience program is the perfect starting point for an adult dog or puppy above the age of 6 months. During your Basic Obedience lessons, you’ll work one on one with your trainer to ensure that both you and your dog have the tools you need to be successful together! Our focus is on reliable and trustworthy obedience and we will learn things like: handler engagement, recall, heel, sit & stay, down & stay and climb.
These lessons are also the perfect opportunity to address any existing behavioral issues you may be having with your dog like fearfulness, jumping, nuisance barking, dog or human reactivity, or aggression.
